The pressing division
Over the years, we have acquired particular experience in the pressing of:
- Techno-polymers (loaded or otherwise), with high mechanical characteristics.
- Special, high performance polymers such as Peek and polymers loaded with carbon, Kevlar, glass etc.
- Fireproof materials.
- Wood-based, eco-friendly materials.
The division is composed of injection presses having thrusts comprised of between 75 and 250 tonnes. These are latest generation presses, capable of producing items weighing between 0.25 and 800 g. The presses are fitted-out with all the accessories necessary for optimising production, such as robotic arms, aspirators, dryers, granulators, etc. To complete the service, we perform the insertion of inserts in addition to partial and complete assembly operations.
