The mould division

Each individual mould, whether simple or complex, requires enormous human and technological resources. Great attention to new design and manufacturing technologies, allows us to maintain the quality of each individual operation. Indeed, our moulds are precise and reliable, and this means greater productivity for users. STEELFORM make moulds: with radial and/or axial back-off, with internal and external threading, with males which can be broken−down for the extraction of large undercuts, with Bi−material technology, with multi−cavity hot chambers for large scale production. STEELFORM produce moulds for the injection of thermoplastics, polyurethane foam, techno−polymers such as PPS, PEEK etc, rubber, for the die casting of light alloys and composite materials.
